At Resiliently Rooted, our therapy team is grounded in compassion, integrity, and respect for every individual’s unique journey. We provide a nonjudgmental and open-minded space where you are free to show up exactly as you are. Guided by strong ethical values and a commitment to inclusivity, we approach each person with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care.

Anna Meservy, LCSW

Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), polyvagal theory, trauma-informed somatic practices, and holistic wellness strategies—I blend both traditional and innovative approaches to fit your needs. I offer an inclusive, affirming space for adults and teens of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals.

 

Together, we can move beyond survival mode and work toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and empowered. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self-injury, grief, low self-esteem, and challenges in relationships or life transitions. It’s an honor for me to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Eileen Catlin, LCSW

​My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently deep. We’ll go at your pace, in a space where you are seen, heard, and accepted as you are. I blend evidence-based, trauma-informed practices with somatic based therapy in a creative, intuitive style that honors your unique path to healing.

The majority of us struggle with deep feelings like grief, emptiness, anguish and the belief that we are broken. We believe we are alone in our struggles or feel to much shame to share or pain with loved ones. I offer a judgement free space for you to share. I believe we all have the inherent ability to heal and feel whole again. 

 

 I use practices such as CBT, polyvagal therapy, internal family systems and creative arts therapy and work with ages 12 and up.

I feel strongly that all people deserve access to mental health counseling regardless of income or lack of insurance.  Please reach out to see if a sliding scale fee could work for you.
